The delegation, led by Dr Jacob Tsado, the Executive Director and Member of the Board of Trustees of Prisons Fellowship Of Nigeria (PFN), provided an overview of the organization’s intervention programmes across Nigerian Correctional Service custodial centres nationwide. These initiatives include transformative behaviour modification programmes, capacity-building efforts for Correctional Officers, chaplaincy services, and specialized training for Correctional Chaplains, among other laudable efforts aimed at enhancing inmates’ reformation, rehabilitation and reintegration.
The visit emphasized the commitment of both institutions to deepen existing collaboration, sustain strategic partnerships, and review PFN's planned programmes for the year 2025 in alignment with the NCoS core mandate.
