Nigerian Correctional Service

The Nigerian Correctional Service, Abia State Command, today, July 22nd, 2022, took delivery of one escort van donated by the State Government.

Presenting the vehicle through his Chief of Staff, CHIEF OKEY AHAIWE, the Governor explained that the donation was part of his administration's commitment towards providing the needed support to security agencies operating in Abia State. He maintained that Abia has remained the most peaceful state in Nigeria, saluting the efforts of security agencies in that regard.

In appreciation, the Controller of Corrections, Kalu U. Uche, thanked Governor Ikpeazu for capturing the service in the distribution, promising that the vehicle would be used for the intended purpose.
